- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can celery soup
- 1 c. ginger ale
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Place stew meat on bottom of casserole dish.

2Layer the carrots, then onions and last the potatoes on top.

3Mix together the soups and the ginger ale.

4Cover with foil.

5Bake in a 325° oven for 2 1/2 to 3

6hours.
