Chutney-Chicken Pinwheels

  • 1/2 lb. (225 g) lean ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese Product
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red onions
  • 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Tex Mex Cheese
  • 1/4 cup green chutney
  • 1 tsp. each garam masala, ground coriander and ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. red chili powder or cayenne pepper
  • 6 large whole wheat tortillas

    Heat oven to 400 degrees F.

    Combine all ingredients except tortillas.

    Spread 1/2 cup chicken mixture onto each tortilla; roll up.

    Cut each roll-up into 10 slices.

    Place, cut-sides up, on parchment-covered baking sheets; spray lightly with cooking spray.
