  • 3 12-6 lbs fully cooked ham
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 4 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 18 teaspoon ground cloves

Directions

    Heat oven to 350.

    Place ham in shallow roasting pan in oven.

    In small saucepan combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring until thickened.

    Pour over ham in oven and baste ham occasionally with this mixture until ham is heated through, about 45 minutes to an hour.
