  • 1 gallon apple cider
  • 1 vanilla bean

Directions

    Bring cider to a boil and add vanilla bean, split open along the length.

    Cook until it has reduced to a quart or less, your choice how thick you make it.

    Remove the bean and pack into jar and store in refrigeration.
  4. 4
    May be used on french toast, pork roast, acorn squash, etc.
