- 1 12 cups long grain rice
- 3 12 cups apple cider
- 1 medium apple, peeled,cored,and chopped
- 13 cup raisins (I used dark)
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.

2Cover, and bring to a boil.

4Cook until liquid is nearly absorbed.

5Remove from heat.

6Stir, and replace cover.

7Let stand 5 minutes.
