  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Chickpeas, Drained
  • 1/4 cups Tahini
  • 1/4 cups Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, Peeled
  • 1 piece Fresh Ginger (1 Inch Size), Peeled
  • 1 teaspoon Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
  • 1/4 cups Cilantro
  • 2 whole Scallions, Rough Chopped
  • 1 whole Plum Tomato, Quartered

    Combine all ingredients into a food processor fitted with the steel blade.

    Put the lid on and pulse until it becomes smooth.
