  • 2 pieces Large Fillets, Of Tilapia
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 1 whole Jalapeno Pepper, Seeded
  • 3 whole Garlic Cloves
  • 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Grated Fresh Ginger
  • 3 Tablespoons Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cups White Wine
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 13 cups Cilantro, Chopped
  • 2 whole Scallions, Sliced For Garnish
  • 1 pinch Cilantro, Chopped, For Garnish

Directions

    Preheat oven to 475 degrees F. Rinse the fish in cool water and place it on paper towels to dry.

    Then sprinkle both sides lightly with salt and pepper and place in a glass baking dish.

    Add jalapeno, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, white wine, sesame oil, and cilantro to food processor and whir until blended.

    Pour sauce over the fish and flip it in the sauce to coat.

    Bake fish for 10-12 minutes (10 for less done, 12 for more done).

    Serve over brown rice and garnish with scallions and cilantro
