- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 cups Corn Kernels
- 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Lime Zest
- 1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/4 cups Cilantro, Plus More For Garnish
- 1 Tablespoon Sour Cream

11. Over medium heat, melt butter and add in jalapenos and garlic. Saute for 1 minute and add in corn kernels. Cook the kernels for 7 to 8 minutes until they start to cook through, stirring occasionally. Pour in lime juice, lime zest, red pepper flakes and cilantro; continue to cook for 4 to 5 minutes, until the kernels are cooked through.
