Cilantro-Lime Dressing

Name: Cilantro-Lime Dressing
Ingredients: 1C-1 1/4C low fat sour cream; 1/2- 3/4C light mayo; 1/2 jalepno-not seeded, diced; Huge handful of cilantro about 2C chopped. I use a little of the stems too-no need to pluck leaves off them.; Juice of 1/2 lime; S&P; 2t Cumin; 2-6T water-depending on desired consistency.

S&P
2t Cumin
2-6T water-depending on desired consistency.

Combine all in blender. Add more sour cream or mayo depending on taste. Add more lime juice depending on taste as well. Add water to make more like a sauce, or leave as is for a dipping sauce.
