  • 2 cups Jasmine Rice
  • 3 cups Water
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 whole Lime, Juiced
  • 3/4 cups Fresh Cilantro, Minced

Directions

    Combine rice, water, butter and salt in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce to low and simmer for 20 minutes. When done, add lime juice and cilantro. Yum.
