- 14 cup water
- 14 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon cumin seed
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 1 medium tomatoes, peeled,seeded,and chopped
Directions

1Combine first six ingredients in a 2 qt baking dish; stir well.

2Cover with wax paper and microwave at high for 6-8 minutes.

3Stir in tomato, cover and microwave or high for 1-2 minutes or until corn is tender.
