  • 3 cup finely shredded green and red cabbages
  • 1 cup firmly packed cilantro leaves, minced
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 tbsp salad oil
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Combine green cabbage, red cabbage, cilantro, lime juice, oil, cumin seeds, and sugar in a large bowl.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Cover and refrigerate until ready to use or for up to 4 hours.
