- 3 cup finely shredded green and red cabbages
- 1 cup firmly packed cilantro leaves, minced
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Combine green cabbage, red cabbage, cilantro, lime juice, oil, cumin seeds, and sugar in a large bowl.

2Season to taste with salt and pepper.

3Cover and refrigerate until ready to use or for up to 4 hours.
