- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 stick Salted Butter (Room Temperature)
- 1 Egg
- 1/8 tsp Peppermint Extract
- 1/8 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Cinnamon Sugar
Directions

1Cream together sugar, butter, egg, and extracts.

2Add flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.

3Mix until dough forms.

4Transfer dough to sheet of plastic wrap and wrap into log shape.

5Chill in freezer for 20-30 minutes.

6Preheat oven to 375F.

7Remove dough from freezer.

8Scoop heaping tablespoon-size portions of dough and roll into balls.

9Roll balls in cinnamon sugar to coat and place on baking sheet.

10Should make 15 cookies.

11Bake at 375F for 13-16 minutes.
