- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pkg flour tortillas
- Non-stick cooking spray
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2In small bowl or plastic bag, combine sugar and cinnamon.

3Cut each tortilla into 6 or 8 wedges.

4Place wedges in single layer on cookie sheets then spray wedges with cooking spray.

5Sprinkle with sugar mixture.

6Bake 5 - 7 minutes or until wedges are light brown and crisp.

7Cool on wire rack.

8Store in covered container or plastic bag.
