  • 8 apples, thinly sliced and tossed with 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 c. rolled oats
  • 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1/3 c. raisins
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. apple juice
  • 1/3 c. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. canola oil

    Coat a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish with nonstick spray.

    Add the apples.

    In a large bowl, combine the oats, flour, raisins and cinnamon.

    Drizzle with the apple juice, honey and oil.

    Combine well.

    Sprinkle over the fruit.

    Bake at 350° until apples are hot and tender, 30 to 40 minutes.
