- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 4 c. frozen apple rings or slices, thawed
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. pecan pieces
Directions

1Heat oil and butter in skillet until foamy.

2Add apple rings and saute briskly over moderately-high heat.

3When apples are hot, about 8 minutes, sprinkle in cinnamon.

4Toss in pecans and cook 3 to 4 minutes longer.
