- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 3/4 cup egg substitute or 3 eggs
- 28 squares low fat Honey Maid cinnamon grahams, finely crushed (about 2 cups)
- 1 medium apple, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Blend sugar, margarine and egg substitute.

2Stir in graham crumbs, apple and walnuts until blended.

3Spread batter into greased 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan.

4Bake at 350 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes.

5Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
