- 4 granny smith apples
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 18 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon ground thyme
- 14 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons oil
Directions

1Core and peel the apples.

2Cut each apple into about 10 wedges.

3Toss the apples with the sugar, cinnamon, thyme, and salt.

4Heat the oil in a non stick skillet.

5Saute the apples over medium high heat for 7-10 minutes, until the apples soften but still retain their shape.

6Add 2 tablespoons of water if softer apples are desired.
