Cinnamon Blossoms

   Heat oven to 375F.

   Combine butter, sugar, egg yolk and vanilla in bowl.

   Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy.

   Add flour, cinnamon and salt; beat at low speed until well mixed.

   Fit cookie press with desired template; fill with dough.

   Press dough, 1 inch apart, onto ungreased cookie sheets.

   Bake 8-11 minutes or until edges are very lightly browned.

   Immediately place 1 candy in center of each cookie.

   Remove from cookie sheets.

    Cool completely.
