Cinnamon Blueberry Jam

Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh or frozen blueberries (1 qt.)
- 3 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. cloves
- 1 pouch (3 oz.) liquid fruit pectin
Directions

1Crush berries.

2Measure 2 1/2 cups and place in a large pot. Add the sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon and cloves.

3Bring to a full rolling boil.

4Boil 1 minute stirring constantly.

5Remove from heat and stir in pectin.

6Skim off foam.
-
7Pour into hot jars. Leave 1-inch headspace.

8Process 15 minutes in a boiling water bath.

9Yields 4 half pints.
