- 6 3/4 to 7 1/4 c. flour
- 2 pkg. active dry yeast
- 2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1In a large mixer bowl, combine 3 cups of the flour and yeast. In a saucepan, heat milk, 1/4 cup sugar, butter and salt just until warm (115° to 120°) and butter is almost melted.

2Stir constantly.

3Add to flour mixture; add eggs.

4Beat at low speed for 1/2 minute.

5Beat 3 minutes on high speed.

6Stir in as much remaining flour as you can mix in with a spoon.

7Turn out onto a lightly floured surface.

8Knead in enough remaining flour to make a moderately stiff dough.
