- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 c. warm milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/4 c. shortening
- 5 1/2 to 6 c. flour
- 2 eggs
- margarine or butter
- cinnamon and sugar
Directions

1Soften yeast in warm water and let set until bubbly.

2Combine milk, sugar, salt, shortening, about 2 cups of the flour and eggs. Add bubbly yeast and beat well, then add remaining flour gradually.

3Turn onto floured board and knead about 5 minutes. Let rise in greased bowl until double in bulk.

4Divide into two portions.

5Each will make a loaf of bread.

6Roll each section into large rectangle; spread generously with margarine, cinnamon and sugar.

7Roll up jelly roll fashion; tuck under ends and place in well-greased bread pan.

8Let rise until triple in bulk; bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
