  • 1 cup crisp rice cereal, coarsely crushed
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup butter-flavored shortening
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
