- 1 (18.25 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 1 (3.9 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding
- 3/4 c. water
- 3/4 c. Crisco oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. butter extract
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Directions

1Mix first 7 ingredients together and beat fast for 8 minutes. Combine sugar, cinnamon and pecans.

2Pour 1/2 of dough mixture into a greased and floured bundt pan; sprinkle on 1/2 of sugar mixture.

3Add rest of dough and then remaining sugar mixture. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes or for the time instructed on cake mix box.
