  • 3 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. white corn syrup
  • 1 tsp. red food coloring
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon oil
  • 1 c. water

Directions

    Mix sugar, syrup and water; then heat on medium until candy thermometer reaches 300°.

    Remove from heat.

    Add cinnamon oil and food coloring.
  4. 4
    Pour into greased cookie sheet and let cool. Break into small bite sized pieces.
