- 3 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/4 c. white Karo syrup
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. red food coloring
- 3 tsp. cinnamon oil
- 10x sugar
Directions

1Cook all ingredients except oil and food coloring to 300° on candy thermometer.

2Remove from heat and add oil and food coloring, stirring well.

3Pour into a baking sheet covered in 10x sugar. Sprinkle top with sugar also.

4As soon as it begins to harden a little, begin lifting at the corner.

5Cut into bite size pieces with cooking shears or let cool completely and break apart with handle end of a butter knife.

6Toss in more powdered sugar.

7Store in an airtight container.
