  • 3 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/4 c. white Karo syrup
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 bottle cinnamon oil (1 tsp.)
  • red food coloring

Directions

    Mix sugar, Karo syrup and water in a heavy pan; cook over heat until mixture reaches 300° or hard crack stage.

    Remove from heat and add cinnamon oil and coloring.

    Stir.
