- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/3 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/3 c. boiling water
Directions

1Cut up carrots.

2Put into a 1 1/2-quart Pyrex dish.

3Cream together butter, granulated sugar, salt and cinnamon.

4Pour boiling water over mixture.

5Pour ingredients over carrots in dish. Cover.

6Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
