Cinnamon Coffee Cake

  • 1 pkg. frozen Riches Parker House rolls
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 box instant butterscotch pudding mix (large)
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 3/4 c. nuts, raisins or orange peel (choose)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Reduce to 350° after putting cake in. Let rolls thaw 10 minutes outside package.

    Cut each roll into 4 pieces.

    Melt margarine and mix in sugar, pudding mix and cinnamon.

    Roll each piece of the roll into the mixture.

    Layer the pieces in a Bundt pan.

    After the 1st layer, sprinkle nuts or other choice.

    Continue layering.

    Let rise overnight in a warm place.

    Do not cover.

    Bake 20 to 30 minutes.
