- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. (30 ml) water
- 5 tsp. (25 ml) granulated sugar replacement
- 1 tsp. (5 ml) cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. (375 ml) flour
- 1/2 tsp. (2 ml) baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. (1 ml) salt
Directions

1Beat eggs and water until light and fluffy.

2Beat in sugar replacement and cinnamon.

3Combine flour, baking soda and salt in sifter; sift half of the dry ingredients over egg mixture.

4Fold to completely blend.

5Repeat with remaining dry ingredients.

6Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets, 2 to 3-inches (1 cm) apart.

7Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10 to 12 minutes.

8Yield: 20 cookies.
