- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 6 tablespoons light margarine, chilled, cut into 1/2 cubes
