Cinnamon Flaxseed Pancakes

  • 1 cup King Arthur Whole Wheat Flour (all Purpose Works Too)
  • 2 Tablespoons Raw Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Ground Flaxseed
  • 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon (i Prefer Mine Very Cinnamon-y So I Add A Bunch More)
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tablespoon Cooconut Oil-melted (olive Oil Works Too)
  • Olive Oil Spray

Directions

    In a medium bowl, mix together dry ingredients.

    In another bowl, whisk together wet ingredients.

    Transfer wet ingredients to dry, and mix together (small lumps are alright)

    Heat a skillet or griddle to medium heat, and spray with olive oil
  5. 5
    Use 1/4 cup of batter to create small-medium sized pancakes, cook until there are bubbles showing up and flip, and allow to cook on this side as well. Continue with more spray and remaining batter.
