Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. cinnamon hearts candies
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. red gelatin
  • 5/8 c. boiling water
  • 1 can evaporated milk (kept in refrigerator overnight)
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnut meats
  • 1 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 large peeled apple, diced

Directions

    Add cinnamon hearts to the boiling water; stir until dissolved.

    Remove from heat.

    Stir in gelatin until dissolved. Cool until slightly thickened.

    Add the chilled evaporated milk and beat with mixer or blender until light and fluffy.

    (Use a large bowl.)

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Pour into mold and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
