  • 2 pounds Ricotta cheese
  • 1 pound Mozarella Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 cup Onion diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic diced
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil

    In a saucepan cook the onion, garlic and spish over moderately low heat, until it is softened. Reserve.
