Ingredients

  • 2-1/4 cups Cake Flour (Plus More For Flour The Surface And The Baking Sheet)
  • 1 cup Sugar, Sifted
  • 3 whole Egg Whites, Slightly Beaten
  • 1 whole Egg, Slightly Beaten
  • 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon Liqueur (If Desired You May Substitute For Vanilla Extract)
  • Butter (To Grease The Baking Sheet)
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese (optional)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325 F. Grease a baking sheet with butter and sprinkle with flour. Set aside.

    In a medium sized bowl, whisk all the ingredients (except the Parmesan) together until well combined. Flour your work surface and roll out the dough to 1/4 inch thickness.

    Cut out the dough with a cookie cutter and place the dough on prepared baking sheet.

    You may sprinkle the biscuits with grated Parmesan cheese if desired. Bake for 20 minutes or until the biscuits are golden.
