- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 23 cup coconut oil

- 1 cup cinnamon baking chips
- 14 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.

3Mix all wet ingredients in medium bowl until smooth.

4Add wet ingredients to the dry and stir thoroughly.

5Add cinnamon chips and stir until evenly distributed.

6Fill greased or paper lined muffin tin 3/4 full.

7Sprinkle cinnamon sugar topping over each cup of batter until thoroughly coated.

8You won't use all the cinnamon sugar.

9Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a wood toothpick comes out clean.
