- 1 (18 1/4 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/3 c. water
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 1/4 c. finely chopped walnuts
- 7 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 4 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Directions

1In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, water and oil. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.

2Combine walnuts, sugar and cinnamon.

3Sprinkle a third of the nut mixture into a greased 10-inch fluted tube pan.

4Top with half of the batter and another third of the nut mixture.

5Repeat layers.

6Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.

7Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely.

8Yield: 12 to 14 servings.
