  • 8 cups To 10 Cups Popped Popcorn
  • 1/2 cups Unsalted Butter, Cut Into Pieces
  • 13 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 1- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 2 pinches Kosher Salt

Directions

    Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

    Pop popcorn and spread onto a large cookie sheet.

    (I used a hot air popcorn popper.)

    Melt butter, sugar, and cinnamon in a microwave-safe bowl until sugar is dissolved and butter is melted, about 1 to 2 minutes.

    Stir in vanilla extract.

    Spoon butter mixture over popcorn and sprinkle with salt.

    Toss to coat as many pieces of popcorn as you can.

    Place in the oven for 10 minutes.
