  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup salted butter softened
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Heat the oven to 375°F.

    Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.

    In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and raisins.

    In a large bowl, mix the eggs, butter, and vanilla.

    Add the flour mixture and mix until smooth.

    Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
