- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. butter
- 6 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 4 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 c. sugar
Directions

1Combine cinnamon and sugar and set aside.

2Heat milk and butter until butter melts.

3In large bowl combine 3 cups flour, yeast, sugar, salt, eggs and milk and butter mix.

4Mix with doughmaker at high speed for 3 minutes.

5Add 2 1/2 cups flour and knead for 3 more minutes.

6If dough is sticky, add remaining flour to form a stiff dough.

7Place in greased bowl.

8Turn over to grease top.

9Cover and let rise until double.

10Roll out with rolling pin until 1/4 inch thick and butter it.

11Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture.

12Roll up and slice in 1 inch or 1 1/2 inch pieces.

13Bake in 350° oven.
