- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 c. scalded milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- melted butter or more to taste
- 1/4 c. sugar or more to taste
- 1 tsp. cinnamon or more to taste
Directions

1Mix first 8 ingredients; let rise.

2Divide in half and roll out.

3Spoon over melted butter and cinnamon and sugar mixture on top.

4Roll like a jellyroll.

5Cut in small pieces and put in pan; let rise.

6Put more cinnamon and sugar on top and spoon on melted butter.

7Bake at 350° until brown.
