- 1 pound Maine lobster meat
- 1 teaspoon lobster base
- Splash sherry, for deglazing pan
- 1 quart heavy cream
Directions

1In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and then add the lobster meat and saute until tender, about 3 minutes.

2Add the lobster base and cook for 1 minute.

3Add sherry, and stir to deglaze the pan.

4Add the heavy cream and cook until heated through.
