- 4 3/4 c. flour
- 1 c. scalded milk
- 3/4 c. oleo
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 pkg. dry yeast in 1/4 c. lukewarm water
Directions

1Pour hot milk over butter. Add sugar and salt; stir well. Crumble yeast in warm water.

2Let set.

3When milk is cool, add yeast and beaten eggs. Slowly add flour (not necessary to use all the flour).

4Knead until smooth.

5Let rise double in size.

6Knead down and roll out. Spread with butter (oleo). Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.

7Roll and slice; let rise. Bake at 375° until brown, about 15 minutes.
