- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup sugar granulated
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup potatoes mashed (unseasoned and without milk)
- 1 each eggs
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3 tablespoons yeast, active dry
- 3 tablespoons milk, skim, (non fat) powder non-fat
- 3 cups flour, unbleached all-purpose
- 2 1/2 cups bread flour
- 13 cup butter softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon ground
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 2 tablespoons flour, all-purpose
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions

1In a large mixer bowl, place the warm water, sugar, oil, Potatoes, egg, salt, and yeast and mix thoroughly.

2Add the milk powder and the all-purpose flour; beat for 3 minutes.

3Gradually add the bread flour, and when the dough is workable, transfer to a lightly floured surface (or use the Dough hook attachment on your electric mixer) and knead for 10 minutes.

4Form into balls on cookie sheet and bake until golden brown or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
