Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. warm water
  • 2 pkg. yeast (dissolve in water)
  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 5 to 5 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 stick margarine, softened
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar

Directions

    Mix the first 4 ingredients well and add the flour.

    Let rise until double.

    No kneading is necessary.

    When double, split in half.

    Roll each half and spread with the margarine, cinnamon and brown sugar.

    Roll up and cut.

    Let rise until double in a greased pan.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

    Top with icing while warm.
