- 2 1/2 c. warm water
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1 regular yellow cake mix (not the one with pudding)
- 4 1/2 c. flour
- brown sugar
- cinnamon
- nuts
- raisins
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Add cake mix, water and flour; stir and knead.

3Let rise until double in size.

4Roll dough out on floured board into 1/4-inch thick rectangle.

5Top with brown sugar, cinnamon, nuts and raisins.

6Roll up, beginning at wide side.

7Seal well by pinching edge of dough into roll.

8Cut into slices about 1 to 1 1/2-inches thick and place on buttered baking dish.

9Let rise in warm place for about 1 hour.

10Bake at 350° for approximately 15 minutes.
