- 6 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1/2 lb. butter or margarine
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. sour cream or evaporated milk
- soft butter
- cinnamon and sugar
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water.

2Combine flour, butter, salt, sugar, eggs and sour cream.

3Add yeast mixture.

4Blend well.

5Divide dough into 2 pieces.

6Roll each part to 1/4-inch thickness as for jelly roll.

7Spread with layer of soft butter or margarine.

8Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture.

9Roll as for jelly roll.

10With sharp floured knife, cut into 2-inch slices.

11Place on greased pan and allow to rise until light or doubled in bulk.

12Bake at 350° to 375° for 30 minutes.

13May be sliced to 1-inch if smaller rolls are desired.
