- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 2 large or 3 medium eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. warm water
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 5 1/2 to 6 c. bread flour
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
Directions

1Dissolve sugar and yeast in warm water.

2Beat eggs in large mixing bowl.

3(Have water, whipping cream and eggs at lukewarm temperature.)

4To eggs, add 3/4 cup sugar, salt, water, whipping cream, vanilla, lemon extract, raisins and flour; beat by hand until well blended.

5This should be a soft dough; too sticky to knead but stiff to stir.

6Turn into greased bowl and cover.

7Let rise in warm place until doubled (1 to 1 1/2 hours).

8Stir down; let rise again.

9Divide dough into fourths.

10Combine 1 cup sugar and cinnamon; melt butter.

11Roll dough on floured board (use enough flour to handle dough); brush with melted butter.

12Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture (1/4) over dough.
