Cinnamon Rolls In Food Processor

Ingredients

  • 3 c. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine, cut into 4 pieces
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1/4 c. warm water
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Dissolve yeast in warm water.

    Mix egg and vanilla and enough warm water to make 3/4 cup.

    Turn on and blend until a ball forms. Turn onto floured surface and knead until firm.

    Turn into greased bowl; cover and let rise.

    Roll out dough.

    Spread margarine over it.

    Mix 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup white sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon and sprinkle over top.

    Raisins may be added.

    Roll up and cut into pieces.

    Place onto baking sheet. Let rise.

    Bake in a 350° oven until light brown.
