Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. unsifted flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 3/4 c. milk (lukewarm)
- 1/2 c. water
- margarine
Directions

1Mix flour, sugar, salt and yeast.

2Heat milk, water and margarine.

3Gradually add to dry ingredients.

4Beat 2 minutes on medium speed.

5Add 1 egg and 1/2 cup flour.

6Beat on high speed for 2 minutes.

7Stir in 2 1/2 cups to 3 cups flour to make a soft dough.

8Knead until smooth and elastic.

9Place in greased bowl and grease top of dough.

10Cover and let rise until double.

11Punch down; turn onto floured board.

12Divide into two parts, 1/2 for rolls.
